Cardiovasular Training

My Cardiovascular training will allow the golfer to play better and feel better. Increasing the golfers stamina will allow them the luxury of walking 18 holes of golf without having to rest periodically because of fatigue. Cardiovascular training is measured by heart rate and can be tracked and calculated to find the optimal ranges for the individual. The GSF program focuses on making the golfer stronger from the inside out. By training the muscles of the heart the body will become stronger and better equip to handle any new loads that are placed upon it. Should you lack cardiovascular fitness, your golf game is likely to suffer and you will fatigue easily. Fatigue from any source negatively affects fine motor coordination. If you get tired walking form hole to hole, you are not likely to play at your best. Your cardiovascular training program will require an average of 20-45 minutes of moderate activity, three to five days a week. Training activities such as walking, running, and using cardio machines such as the elliptical trainer, recumbent bike, and rowing machines will all be incorporated into your program.
